3 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly

Perfect Mid Morning Snack

This is my kind of baking. These three ingredient cookies take no time to make and are the perfect way to satisfy that sweet treat craving! Make a batch and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Step by step

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana smashed

  • 1 c organic rolled oats

  • 1/4 c chopped Lily’s or HU 70% dark chocolate

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In large mixing bowl, smash ripe banana with fork until creamy consistency forms then stir in the remaining ingredients.

  • Take one tablespoon out at a time and roll into balls then gently smash with the back of a drinking glass to flatten.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes (until bottoms are slightly browned)

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes then enjoy!
