Summertime Five-Thrive Smoothie

Summertime Smoothie

With the temperatures warming up, there is nothing I love more than a five-thrive smoothie after one of my sculpt or dance cardio classes! Made with seasonal fresh fruit and lots of greens.

Always make it a Five-Thrive

Ingredients:

  1. Clean protein: 1 - 2 scoops of hemp protein powder

  2. Complex carb: 4 large ripe strawberries + 1/4 banana

  3. Healthy fat: 1/2 avocado

  4. Dietary fiber: 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed

  5. Vibrant greens: 1 handful raw spinach + 1 tsp spirulina powder

Method:

  • Take one cup of ice water and 1/2 lemon as the base.

  • Add spinach, strawberries, banana, avocado, and remaining powders.

  • Blend until cream and enjoy!
