Three Ingredient Blueberry Oatmeal Bites

Gluten Free , Refined Sugar Free, and Vegan Friendly

Easter morning made simple!

With only three ingredients that you probably have stocked in the pantry, try my blueberry oatmeal bites. They are super simple and super delicious!

Step by step

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 c organic rolled oats

  • 1/2 c frozen organic blueberries or fresh blueberries

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F

  • In large baking bowl, smash banana with fork then add other two ingredients

  • Mix with wooden spoon

  • Take one tablespoon at a time and roll into 6 balls

  • Smash balls with the back of a mason jar to flatten

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes (until bottom is lightly browned)

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes then enjoy!
