15 Minutes 1 Pan Meal

Dinner in less than 15 minutes— Yes please!

Adding *chromium rich foods * after luteal detox and before menstruation helps manage that “ravenous” feeling induced by hormone fluctuations and increased body temp. No, we are not crazy ladies, we are just hungry, and when we feed our bodies the right things, we can help manage the crazy! In less than fifteen minutes, a nutritious meal is served. Step by step

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece wild caught salmon

  • 1 lb broccoli

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 gloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • pinch of sea salt

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 415F

  • Place both salmon and broccoli on baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • Drizzle all with olive oil and 1/2 lemon

  • Place 2 lemon pieces on salmon and minced garlic

  • Sprinkle everything with sea salt and roast in oven for 10-12 minutes (edges of salmon become crispy)

  • Allow it to cool and serve in five!
