Step by step
Ingredients:
1 piece wild caught salmon
1 lb broccoli
1 lemon
2 gloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of sea salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 415F
Place both salmon and broccoli on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Drizzle all with olive oil and 1/2 lemon
Place 2 lemon pieces on salmon and minced garlic
Sprinkle everything with sea salt and roast in oven for 10-12 minutes (edges of salmon become crispy)
Allow it to cool and serve in five!
