Chocolate Pecan Energy Balls

I specifically used cacao and pecans not just for a satisfying taste but to speciffllay increase our brain cognitive function and overall health. This sweet treat is smart, simple, and satisfying. Step by step
Kitchen gadgets:
Food processor or High speed blender
Rubber spatula
Parchment paper
Glass container
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup raw pecans
4 tablespoons ground flax seed
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons of water
Sea salt crystals (optional)
Method:
Add pitted dates to food processor and blend until ball forms
Add remaining ingredients and blend again until ball forms (if too dry add additional water, if too moist add additional flax seed)
Transfer ball to wax paper and take one tablespoon of mixture at a time and roll into balls should make about 6
Sprinkle balls with sea salt crystals
Line glass dish with wax paper and place balls inside
Enjoy right away or freeze for 20 mins
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to 7 days
