Who is this not for? This kit is not for:

• Postmenopausal woman who hasn’t cycled in 3 years

• Premenopausal woman on birth control

• Menopausal woman on synthetic hormones

** The use of synthetic hormones in birth control or for menopausal women can interfere with the Dutch test and will not provide an accurate reading! If you would like to come off the pill, schedule a consult with me for a nutrition plan and wait 90 days before ordering this lab kit.

Is this covered under my insurance?

• Yes and no! The Dutch testing is likely not covered and some of the tests done in your blood work may not be either. You will pay wholesale cost for these tests, because I am ordering them for you. You then can contact your insurance company for the cost of your blood work and your Dutch test and see if you can be reimbursed. I cannot guarantee this will work but it is worth a shot!

How do I get started?

• Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with a health history form to fill out and an email from myself. Once I receive the health history form, I will then add your information to Evexia labs and setup your order. I have contact with medical doctors on staff at Evexia who are there to diagnose and help answer any questions I may have. You will then receive an email confirmation from Evexia of the Dutch Test I have ordered that’s being shipped to your house. You will follow the instructions on the kit and send it back to Evexia labs. I will be notified once your labs are being processed then finalized. I will notify you via email that your labs have been finalized and your custom plan is in the works. When the plan is finished, I will email it over to you.
