Red Wine Roasted Brussels Sprout Salad With Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
3 large cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 fresh rosemary sticks to garnish
1/4 chopped sweet onion
3 tbsp olive
1 c chopped Brussels
1 chopped small gala apple
1 tbsp red wine
2 handfuls of wild arugula
drizzle of balsamic glaze
Method:
preheat oven to 400 F
add olive oil, garlic, and onion to iron skillet and sauté until soft (make sure you don’t burn the garlic)
add Brussels, apple, and red wine
toss until soft
place iron skillet in oven on top rack for 20 mins or until desired crispy
top wild arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze
