Coconut Oat Chocolate Drops
No bake delicious cookies
My version of the chocolate no back cookies and it turns out they are fabulous. Pop them in the freezer and then store in the refrigerator to enjoy throughout your week!

Step by step
Ingredients:
1/2 c coconut oil
2 c coconut sugar
1/2 c unsweetened almond or coconut milk
4 tbsp cacao powder (cacao powder works too just make sure it’s unsweetened)
pinch of sea salt
1/2 c peanut butter
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 c organic rolled oats
Method:
Bring to a boil in a saucepan coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, and cacao powder — while slowly stirring
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients
Mix well and take one tbsp out at a time rolling into balls and slightly flattening with hand
Place on baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper
Refrigerate for up to 2-3 hours or place in freeze if desired sooner than later
Store in glass dish and keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
