"Zoe's Kitchen" Rosemary White Beans

These white beans are the ultimate comfort food or perfect side to your Five - Thrive bowls. They taste exactly like the white beans you order from Zoe’s Kitchen. I hope you love them as much as I do!


Ingredients:

  • 2 large cloves minced garlic

  • 1/4 sweet onion chopped

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt and black pepper

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp rosemary

  • 1 can rinsed and drained white beans

  • 1 c water

  • 1 tbsp hummus

Method:

  • In sauce pan, add olive oil, garlic, and onion on medium heat

  • Add dried herbs and toss

  • Add beans and water

  • Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat until thickened

  • Mash some down to make creamy

  • Add hummus and mix

  • Serve in a small dish as a side item and enjoy
