Step by step

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c unsweetened nut milk or water

  • 1 hatful ice

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 heaping handful spinach

  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter

  • 1 handful walnuts

  • 2 scoops clean hemp powder or seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tbsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  • Throw all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and smooth
