Step by step
Ingredients:
1/2 c unsweetened nut milk or water
1 hatful ice
1/2 banana
1 heaping handful spinach
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1 handful walnuts
2 scoops clean hemp powder or seeds
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Throw all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and smooth
