When it comes to managing weight, burning fat, and increasing nutrient density in each meal, my go-to is the Liv Well Daily FIVE-THRIVE smoothie! I love smoothies for the convenience they give my busy schedule and the break it gives my digestive system, ALL while promoting a healthy lifestyle for my daily life.

I created the FIVE-THRIVE check system, because I wanted to be an advocate of kicking “dieting” to the curb while providing a simplistic and realistic way to ensure we are all getting our essential macro and micro nutrients in each meal. So, what is the Liv Well Daily FIVE-THRIVE?

The Liv Well Daily FIVE-THRIVE, is a simple check system for my clients to help them make each meal better for their bodies without overcomplicating it. I believe when we can incorporate my five food groups (3 macro nutrients and 2 micro nutrients) in each meal, our bodies begin to thrive from the inside out by turning off hunger hormones, decreasing inflammation, and experiencing food freedom without deprivation!

I call this the FIVE-THRIVE Re-energize, because I have found that most of my clients feel tired, groggy, less motivated, and have a decreased attentive rate after they take their lunch break. This is due to an increase in consumption of refined sugars, found in processed foods, and caffeine during their break instead of taking a walk outside and eating a nutrient dense meal. To help promote an increase in cognitive function and work performance in a healthy and mindful way for my clients, I recommend they drink their Liv Well Daily Smoothie during their lunchtime block while taking a walk in the work parking lot to soak up natural vitamin D. Getting time away from your desk and outside in the sunlight and fresh air, actively decreases the stress response while increasing energy and promoting creativity in the mind!
